The FC-105SA features a 25-second fast dual exchange platform. While the fiber laser actively cuts a 5' X 10' metal sheet inside the fully enclosed enclosure, operators safely unload finished parts and prepare the next sheet on the exterior bed. This continuous workflow eliminates loading downtime, increasing shop daily production output by up to 40% compared to single pull-out table models.
The FC-105SA features a 5' × 10' (3000 × 1500 mm) dual exchange table and offers IPG fiber laser power options from 1.5 kW to 6 kW. At the 6 kW configuration, it can cut carbon steel up to approximately 28 mm, stainless steel up to 16 mm, aluminum up to 14 mm, and brass or copper up to 10 mm.
