We provide free ground shipping to the lower 48 states of America (excluding Alaska、Hawaii and PO Boxes). Extra shipping fees may apply in certain cases (e.g., remote areas or oversized items).

*LTL shipping providers generally collect the item from OMTech warehouse and issue a tracking update to customers within 4 business days.
NOTE: LTL shipping will apply if:
- Parcel dimensions exceed: Length + (Width + Height) * 2 > 165 inches or Length > 108 inches

Orders made before 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) on working days (except Friday) will be shipped the same day, otherwise, orders will be shipped the next day.
You can expect FC machine orders to be fulfilled at a 60-90 day delivery window period. Please contact your designated sales representative or OMTech customer support to find out more about your delivery status. Tracking info will update once your order is picked up and heading to your warehouse.
Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or national holidays.
Notes About Delivery
- Should you need to modify the delivery address once your package is en route, please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply. We're here to assist with any changes you might require.
- We kindly request that PayPal orders be shipped to addresses confirmed by PayPal for your security and convenience.
- If there are challenges in reaching out to the shipping company and the package is returned to OMTech, a supplementary 10% fee will be incurred for the second delivery attempt.
- If you are purchasing non-machine accessories, please provide a valid residential or commercial street address with a clearly accessible front entrance or standard mail delivery access. We are unable to ship these items to locations without regular mail or parcel acceptance (e.g., restricted-access facilities or locations without a designated delivery point).
