Use the 60W MOPA fiber laser for personalized metal tags, cards, jewelry, and other metal projects. The 40W diode adds engraving and cutting options for wood and leather, giving makers and small businesses more ways to create custom gifts, patches, and branded products.

Choose this version if metal color marking and detailed engraving are important to your work. The MOPA source offers adjustable pulse-width control and supports 100+ color-marking effects on compatible metals. Colors vary with the metal, surface finish, and laser settings.

The 48MP camera preview helps you position your design before engraving, while autofocus helps set the working distance. Once focused, you can switch between MOPA and diode lasers on the same workpiece without refocusing. Recheck focus when changing material height.

Solis Duo supports LightBurn on Windows 10/11 and macOS. Use OMTech’s software for camera photo positioning, which is not supported in LightBurn. If you choose LightBurn, a valid license is required after its trial period.

The machine comes with a standard field lens and core setup accessories, including a power adapter, USB cables, remote, exhaust hose, and material pack. The standard engraving area is 250 × 250 mm (9.8 × 9.8 in.). An optional conveyor, sold separately, supports projects up to 250 × 900 mm (9.8 × 35.4 in.).

New machines purchased directly from OMTech include a two-year limited warranty on eligible machine parts and hardware, plus a one-year warranty on the fiber laser source. Component-specific coverage and exclusions are detailed in our Warranty Policy.
