Bio:

We’re a family-run custom fabrication and engraving shop that has been working with OMTech lasers since 2021. What started with our first machine quickly turned into a full production environment as we expanded our lineup to include everything from 150W systems down to 60W machines, along with tools like the PiBurn rotary and other workflow upgrades along the way.
Over the years, we’ve done far more than just run jobs. We’ve worked through troubleshooting, tube replacements, alignment issues, maintenance, rotary setup, production optimization, and everything in between. We understand what it’s like to learn these machines from the ground up because we’ve lived it firsthand in a real working shop environment.
Today, our lasers are used daily for custom signage, engraving, apparel accessories, awards, gifts, and production work for customers across the country. We love helping others learn what these machines are capable of while also being honest about the learning curve, maintenance, and hands-on experience that comes with owning and operating them.
Being an OMTech demo room is an incredible opportunity to share our experience, showcase real-world production applications, and help other makers and small businesses feel confident getting started with laser engraving and fabrication.
