Bio: David Dienhart, Owner of Daboo Designs LLC is a self taught Laser cutter user and has been using lasers for the past 6 years. Our first Omtech Laser was a 55w with a 16in x 24in bed which served us well for quite a few years. In order to support client demand for larger projects we upgraded to an Omtech Pro 100w with a 24in x 40in bed. We’ve been using lightburn for as long as we’ve been using lasers and love it’s ease of use. I teach laser classes and perform maintenance on the laser at our local makerspace from time to time, they bought an Omtech 130w 31in x 55in laser as per my recommendation. I tend to be the guy that folks in the area go to when they have questions regarding troubleshooting their laser or specific materials due to my extensive knowledge.
