Solis Duo supports a wide range of materials:
Blue diode laser (455nm) processes wood, leather, rubber, ceramics, paper, and more non-metals (except transparent ones).
IR fiber laser (1064nm) processes metals like gold, silver, copper, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Our highest config can cut up to 21mm basswood, 16mm dark acrylic, and 0.5mm aluminum with ease.
Solis Duo offers a larger work area (9.8″×9.8″ with field lens, 9.8" × 35.4" with conveyor), faster speed, and stronger cutting power than most dual-source machines. It features a rigid marking head for stability, patented auto-switch dual lenses, and cuts up to 21mm basswood and 0.5mm aluminum—ideal for both metals and non-metals. It ships with OMTech Lab software (LightBurn compatible), supporting real-time previews and professional workflow.
